(Same-day delivery orders to be placed by 9.00 am) Except on a Bank holiday when we are closed.

Any order placed after this time for same-day delivery will automatically be processed and delivered on the next available working day

No Refunds will be given outside of these times, we will fulfill the order.

What happens if no one's home?

We will try to leave them somewhere safe, or we will return them to our shop.
Whatever we do we will leave a card explaining where their gift is.

Delivery Days

Our deliveries of flowers will be made between 8 am- 5 pm, Monday to Saturday,
Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays. If an order is sent to us for a Sunday/bank holiday delivery it will be delivered the next working day.
